Therapeutic bodywork blends various massage techniques in order to decrease pain, stress and discomfort while working towards your specific performance goals.

Modalities that I may use during our session include: neuromuscular AKA trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques (AKA MET commonly used in types of sports massage), deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, myofascial cupping, Gua Sha and hydrotherapy.

Sessions are structured accordingly depending on how your body responds during the session. I do not use every modality every time. However, if you have a special request please let me know prior to your treatment.

Perfect for those who crave deep work without deep pressure. Craniosacral therapy is a form of bodywork which utilizes gentle holds along specific points in the body with the goal to relax the nervous system and unwind tension in the tissues.

Great for addressing musculoskeletal complaints, headaches, insomnia and more this work is very light but goes deep. Craniosacral work is different from traditional massage because the tissues are not manipulated with the exertion of pressure. Many experience a feeling of peace, release of pressure and freedom of movement after a craniosacral session.

Currently, we are not in network with private insurance providers. However, I am able to accept motor vehicle accident claims (MVA).

Please email or call if you have an active MVA claim and we will get you established! Most MVA claims do require a physician’s referral for massage.

If you are late for your session, please be aware that there are clients scheduled after you. As a result, it may be necessary to shorten your session as a respect to other folks. You will be charged in full for your session.

We understand that life happens. However, we require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments at no charge.

Less than 24 hours notice, no shows or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee. Please call us at 541-719-8682 if you need to cancel or reschedule.
